01.APPLICATION
Your PATHWAYS journey starts with a single step. Submit your application, complete your essay, and if selected, connect with our team for a personal interview. We review every candidate individually because every story matters. Rolling applications accepted quarterly. Cohort 1 applications open Fall 2026.
02.COMPLETE PROGRAM
Six weeks. Two sessions per week. Four curriculum modules built to equip you with the financial, relational, professional, and personal tools to navigate early adulthood with confidence. Delivered virtually through live instruction, guest speakers, group activities, and individual LifeWork assignments.
03.GRADUATION
Completing PATHWAYS is an achievement worth celebrating. Every student who finishes the program earns their place at our graduation ceremony, a milestone that marks not just the end of six weeks, but the beginning of everything that comes next.

AWARD
Every PATHWAYS graduate receives a direct financial award of $500 to $2,000 based on their individually identified need. Awards are paid directly to providers for housing deposits, utilities, transportation, education, professional clothing, personal care, household essentials, and technology. Grocery support is provided via gift card.
